TERMS OF SALE – TOOLBATTERY


These terms of sale apply to all purchases made in the ToolBattery online store and regulate the rights and obligations between customer and seller.

2. PRICES

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT unless otherwise clearly stated.

Any shipping costs will be displayed before payment is completed.


3. CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT

The agreement is binding when the buyer has completed the order and received order confirmation by email.

ToolBattery reserves the right to cancel or correct orders in the event of incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or technical problems.


4. PAYMENT

Payment is made via available payment solutions in the online store.

The amount will be charged according to the selected payment method.


5. DELIVERY

Goods are delivered to the address provided when ordering.

Estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and may vary depending on warehouse, customs and shipping method.

ToolBattery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond our control.


6. RISK TRANSFER

Risk for the goods passes to the buyer when the product is delivered in accordance with the agreement.


7. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

According to the Right of Withdrawal Act, the buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the goods are received.

The right of withdrawal only applies if the item is returned unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as upon receipt.


Return shipping is covered by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt and approval of the return.


8. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

If the product has a defect, the buyer can complain in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.

Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered.


If the complaint is approved, ToolBattery covers return shipping and offers repair, replacement or refund.


9. WARRANTY

Any warranty is specified on the product page.

The warranty applies in addition to, and does not limit, the buyer's statutory rights.


10. USE OF PRODUCTS

Batteries, chargers and electronics should be used according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

ToolBattery is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, incorrect charger, modification or non-original components where this is not recommended.


11. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR) and is only used for order processing, delivery and customer service.


12. DISPUTES

Disputes should be resolved amicably.

If this is unsuccessful, the case can be brought before the Consumer Authority or the Consumer Complaints Committee.
